Starting a martial art

This excellent article, written by a wood craftsman, is yet the best guide I have found on how to embark on martial art training.

Training while Giles away

I can only come once a week so we train on Thursdays only.
See also last post re 2 week break in winter.
Hopefully we can return to twice a week from September.
While we only train once a week, everyone including members only need to pay the casual fee.
Giles will return early November; let's wish him all the best and safe return.
